The NATPRE T-10 series is bactericidal against the growth of pathogens such as Listeria spp, Listerial monocytogenes, E. Coli H157 and Clostridium spp., including C. botulinum. In addition, it is bacteriostatic against TPC, offers longer shelf-life that lactates and acetates and makes it possible to avoid rancidity.
